I ran across this amazing piece of furniture this weekend at an estate sale. As soon as I saw it I knew I wanted it for my house. We loaded it up, brought it home, and have measured every space in our modest-sized house. Very, very sadly for me, I have absolutely no where for it. So, it will be up for grabs next weekend at the fauxtique . This is a very solid piece of furniture that has been primed, painted, distressed, and sealed by a professional painter; it truly looks like it came from a Pottery Barn catalogue, and is built even more solid than a piece of Pottery Barn furniture. All the drawers open and close easily. Because of its very large size (82" wide x 22" deep x 36" high), this creamy white shabby chic dresser could easily function as a TV stand, a buffet, a credenza, or even a sofa table. The price will be $650. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 28th! The fauxtique will go from 8 a.m.-noon, and this is just a sampling of the great furniture that will be available for purchase.
(P.S.: These pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It is stunning. I do apologize for the ugly garage shots, but like I said earlier, I'm trying to spend more time cranking out furniture and less time staging, taking pictures, and posting so I can have a plethora of great furniture next weekend.)
I love the Ashley Credenza on your sidebar. Could I come take a look at it?
